Hello everyone. I’ve waited to post this because I didn’t want to jeopardize my current work situation. However, after an hour-long phone conversation last night, I learned that I have been accepted to Fuller Theological Seminary, beginning this summer. I’ll be working toward a Master of Arts in Theology, with the goal of earning my doctorate in ministry. I would like to translate this education into a full-time career in ministry.
Hayley and I have been talking about this for a while now, and though it is difficult, we believe this is the right direction for us to take. In order to pay for the school (I did receive a small scholarship), I will have to be a grad assistant work as a night watchman at Fuller. This means that we will be moving to Pasadena, Cali. at the beginning of May. Hayley will likely continue her profession in the legal field or pursue her other passion, performing at Disney Land as a Disney princess.
We have a lot to do before then – sell our house, find a place to live and find Hayley a new job – but we trust everything will work out.
