Clorox is Pro-Adultery

I get it. Mad Men is a hot show. People love it. It has a dedicated following.

But that following is made up of both men and women. Clorox’s ad for this season’s run of Mad Men seems to ignore that reality. And as a result, comes across as supportive of extra-marital affairs.

I don’t know about you, but in my house, I’m not the one who chooses the bleach we use. Alienating the decision maker doesn’t seem like a wise move.

At least it’s short. Maybe they assume most people will miss it as they fly by on their DVRs.

    Or did maybe their focus groups reveal that married women would buy bleach if they can fantasize about an affair with Don Draper?
