Fascinating comment spam
I just found this comment in my spam filter:
One afternoon, I was in the backyard hanging the laundry when an old, tired-looking dog wandered into the yard. I could tell from his collar and well-fed belly that he had a home. But when I walked into the house, he followed me, sauntered down the hall and fell asleep in a corner. An hour later, he went to the door, and I let him out. The next day he was back. He resumed his position in the hallway and slept for an hour.
This continued for several weeks. Curious, I pinned a note to his collar: “Every afternoon your dog comes to my house for a nap. ”
The next day he arrived with a different note pinned to his collar: “He lives in a home with ten children — he’s trying to catch up on his sleep.”I cried from laughter
Sorry, if not left a message on Rules.
If MelissaK is a real commenter, I apologize for deleting your comment and I’m glad you’re here. It appears you’ll “cry from laughter” at anything, and we need more people like you.
If you’re just a spamming robot, well, congrats on being creative – you’re one step closer to sentience!

Happy May!
I know that it’s technically “May Day,” but May is way too cool just to celebrate for a single day. May is by far the most wonderful month of the year. In this single month, I get to celebrate:
- My anniversary. Were it not for my anniversary, I would be lonely, poorly dressed and mean.
- My mom’s birthday. Were it not for my mom, I would never have been able to create the Todd Blog.
- My father-in-law’s birthday. Were it not for my father-in-law, I wouldn’t have an anniversary. For the impact of that, see #1.
- My birthday. Were it not for my birthday, I would never have been able to create the Todd Blog.
- The release of some incredible movies. Iron Man, Son of Rambow, Prince Caspian, Indiana Jones, What Happens in Vegas. The list is so long and chock-full of incredible movie-going options!
- Memorial Day. The first holiday of the year. Which also happens to coincide with my birthday. So it’s like I get my birthday off!
I could go on, but I think you can see why May is so amazing.
So Happy May everyone!
